Process

It starts with a sketch…

When i receive a brief or an idea pops into my head, I’ll begin riffing out ideas through sketches and thumbnails. my design teacher, Fred Griffin, always proclaimed; “your thumbnails and sketches should be jewels of perfection!”

Refine the approved sketch/idea

Once I’ve achieved an approved sketch by all parties involved, I’ll then move on to start working on the design in either Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator if it is just a set piece or element. For page layouts or catalogs, I’ll produce the work in InDesign if it calls for a multiple page presentation.

Final

Once the proof is approved, I will then finalize master file and release to production.
